I just wanted to express my deep appreciation for the service, expertise and knowledge utilized in the installation of a new Daikin Heat Pump with A to Z Heating and Cooling. Derek, Anthony, April, Levi, Shaun and Ryan are absolutely the best, hands down. I've utilized their maintenance services for years, and understood back then that this a company that is top notch in every way. They go "above and beyond" at all times, and take as much time needed to answer every question I had and do a quality job. As a bonus, I've gained friendships with a number of their staff, and always look forward to seeing them when they come out to service my unit. We used A to Z for air conditioning repair and would highly recommend them to any one else. We have a mini split system that stopped working and they were able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly. They explained the repairs that were needed, and scheduled the repair. Just a few days later they had a cancellation and called to see if they could come over earlier. The repair was done quickly and advised us that we still had a few years left before we would need to look into AC replacement. They did not try to upsell or charge us for more than what was required. When the time comes that we need to replace our air conditioner we will be sure to use A to Z. If we need a furnace tune up or furnace repair in the future they will be our first call. Read Less
